Terms of Service

1. General Information

The terms and conditions outlined below apply when engaging in business with Info Accelerator. Please read them carefully. For any questions, feel free to contact Info Accelerator at [email protected].

2. Offers and Agreements

Once an agreement has been made, an invoice will be issued for the agreed service. The agreement is considered accepted and binding once the invoice is paid or if no written objection is received.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are exclusive of VAT. Any additional work not included in the original agreement will be invoiced separately. If the payment deadline stated on the invoice is not met, Info Accelerator reserves the right to apply reminder fees and collection charges.

4. Responsibility

The client is responsible for ensuring that the content and design of the delivered materials comply with applicable laws. Info Accelerator does not automatically assess the legality of marketing activities, even when involved in their creation. Therefore, Info Accelerator assumes no legal liability for any violations.

5. Limited Liability

In cases of delay or defects, Info Accelerator is not liable for indirect losses, including business interruption or loss of profit. In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

6. Purchase of a 3-Month Program

By purchasing a 3-month program, the client agrees not to share the material with others without prior permission from Info Accelerator. Unauthorized sharing may result in claims for damages and immediate suspension of access.

7. Usage and Ownership Rights (3-Month Program)

Purchase of a 3-month program grants the buyer a usage license for the content and associated templates. This right is personal and belongs to the individual who made the purchase. If the purchase is made on behalf of a company, usage rights are limited to the specific contact person linked to the order. Additional licenses must be agreed upon if more individuals within the company wish to use the material.

Permitted Use:

Saving and adapting the content/templates for internal use.Printing materials for personal use.

Not Permitted:

Redistribution of the material, in electronic or printed form, without prior written consent.

8. Income Disclaimer

Info Accelerator disclaims any responsibility for the success or income of clients resulting from the use of its products. Any income examples provided are illustrative and do not guarantee specific results. Info Accelerator is not liable for any financial losses incurred from the use of its products.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee (3-Month Program)

The 3-month program is a digital product that provides immediate access upon purchase. As digital products cannot be returned in the same manner as physical goods, no satisfaction guarantee or refund is offered.

By purchasing the program, the client acknowledges that the sale is final and non-refundable. Questions prior to purchase can be directed to

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Any dispute will first be sought resolved through negotiation. However, either party may bring the dispute before the courts, with the District Court of Copenhagen as the agreed venue.
